For enquiries we process your name, email address, selected service, message and information you provide. We use this to respond to your request and prepare or perform a potential contract. For projects we also process contact, project and billing details and the agreed photographs and video footage. Legal obligations may require administrative records. Hosting and security data, including IP address, time, requested URL and errors, are used under our legitimate interest in keeping the website and administration secure. Where consent is required, such as optional measurement or publication of portraits, we request it separately.
Essential storage supports the contact form, security and administration. The form uses the wolfstar_form session cookie; administration uses wolfstar_admin. Admin sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and after a maximum of 8 hours. Your cookie choice is stored in browser local storage as wsm_consent_v1 and remains valid for 180 days. It is not an advertising profile. Choices are separate per domain: Dutch and English share .nl; .lt has its own choice.
External videos: your browser connects to Vimeo only after permission. Vimeo then receives technical details including your IP address. We use dnt=1 and also block the player entirely before consent. Statistics: when configured, we use Google Analytics to measure website usage only with statistics consent. Marketing: when configured, we use Google Ads for advertising and conversion measurement only with marketing consent. Google cookie names may include _ga or _gcl_au. Google tags are not loaded before the relevant permission. Empty Google IDs activate no measurement.
You may choose categories independently, accept only essential storage, or accept all. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops new optional requests; it does not automatically erase data lawfully processed earlier. We cannot always remove third-party cookies ourselves; you can remove them through your browser settings.
We use hosting and email services to operate the website and handle enquiries. Form messages are delivered to our Gmail inbox; Google processes information as an email service provider even when tracking consent is refused. Our hosting provider is Hostinger. Vimeo receives data only when the video category is allowed; Google measurement services only when their category is allowed and configured. Production partners receive only the information needed for the agreed project. We do not sell your personal data.
Google and Vimeo may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, an applicable adequacy decision or suitable safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses, must cover those transfers. Enquiries that do not result in a project are normally retained for no more than 12 months after the last contact. Project data is kept as needed for delivery, aftercare and potential legal claims. We follow applicable statutory retention requirements for invoices and administrative records. Archiving of photo and video files is agreed in the quotation. Security records are kept as briefly as needed for their purpose; temporary form limits use a one-hour window and expired records are periodically cleaned up. Access is restricted and secured; email and project records are retained or deleted according to these purposes.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Send requests to the contact address above. We normally respond within one month; if the legal deadline is extended for a complex request, we inform you. We may need proportionate confirmation of identity. You can complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or Lithuanian VDAI.
